I have tried several companies which offer auto protective warranties, and was severely disappointed. After making payments for the coverage on my vehicles, I wound up having to pay for my repair myself. I was very skeptical about trying PMC, but I am truly glad I signed up for the policy. They have truly stood by their policy. They have provided free oil changes and tire rotations per manufacturers schedule in addition, my car was at the dealership and a unexpected problem was found, and PMC handled it efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend Protecf My Car!

When I purchased your extended warranty, I was not advised that it was up to the car dealership as to whether they would accept Protect My Car extended maintenance agreement. The local GM dealership would not. Fortunately, the Ford dealership said they would try it. Otherwise, I would have had to drive several miles out of the way since we have none of the your Partners in our small rural town. Customers should be advised upfront they need to check whether the maintenance facility accepts Protect My Car extended warranty. Thankfully, U covered the oil/filter change. Thx

I have been told by the dealership that I will have to pay and get reimbursed because they had to call 3 different times and were on hold over 15 minutes . So I am disappointed about that. And I had to wait there for 2 hours while they were trying to contact you guys. They did say that once they got someone on the line,they were very nice and helpful and paid right away. I'm hoping they will give it another try when my next oil change is due. Or I will have to find another place to get my maintenance done. Thank you

The check engine light was on as well as a headlight lamp indicator. It turned out that one of the oxygen sensor lights was out and another one was falsely indicating that it was out. Since I recently had issues with the battery having died, it was also suggested that it be replaced. I was thankful for the insurance protection that paid nearly half of the bill. The battery, of course, was not covered.

Three oil changes a year. Easy to call and make a request , or questions about what is covered by your policy. Could've been available on the weekends, it could've been more convenient for a garage to fix my car. Otherwise, I have been satisfied with Protect My Car
