landmark has always been very helpful. when we had a problem and we have had a few. they were quick to respond. Help was there in a timely fashion and all contractors are respectful and got the job done right away. That`s why we renew every year.

This is my 2nd year with landmark but so far I'm pleased with the customer service. I am constantly moving at work 6 days a week and don't have much time to take care of things I need to. I was on hold for a split second before I got a representative, when I spoke with him he explained my questions fully in detail and was quick with handling my renewal. Definitely satisfied.
