Just want to thank ideals customer service team. After not having a claim for the first 4 years, in my final year of service I filed a claim for my turbo charger and they quickly took care of and authorized the repair. I plan on renewing my policy and signing my sons BMW up too. Thanks again

A typical experience at ideal auto; I signed up with Will T a few years ago. At that time he told me that he would be my sales rep over the full term of my policy. I brushed off the comment and figured I'd never speak to him again. I was gleefully surprised that isn't the case. I call him semi regularly and he always seems to be on call and happy to speak to me. I highly recommend ideal and to speak with Will T for a 5 star experience

My grandfather purchased a warranty from this company years ago. I finally purchased my own car an Acura MDX with all these electrical features. He recommended I call them to get a plan to cover all these modules and sensors because thats what gives out on this car. Zach gave me a deal I couldnt refuse so I am a happy customer

Not only did the company feel compassion to my situation but they postponed my payment 60 days to get my finances together and still kept me on as a customer. Very pleased with the experience

I am a religious man and appreicate when a company holds true to their word. 4 months ago I purchased my protection plan from this company and spoke with Hector. He was a decent man who walked me through my coverage options. He insisted that I purchase what he called THE BEST plan. Now 4 months later its come time to use the service and I am glad I listened to Hector. My air conditioning compressor gave out and would only be covered under the best plan which was recommended to me. Appreciate the advice and great customer support!
