After the ice storm my refrigerator in garage would not stay on. Choice sent Electrical Concepts to help with the problem. The repairman. Virgil was very friendly and knew exactly what the electrical problem was. Took care of it immediately and left me assured that it had been fixed.

I am a new customer. I went on line and did research on the best rated warranty company in Texas and by far Choice rated the highest and best customer reveiws. While I was still on Choice's site I recevied a phone call from Albert S. with Choice and within 20 minuites I decided on a plan and purchased. It was a very easy to understand and pick the plan of our choice. Now I hope when I have to use them that their service is as fast and easy.

But for now it was great being able to speak to someone who knows all about the company he works for and could answer all my questions. Last June was the 4th time you sent a repair man to "fix" or review my fridge problem. Then nothing. This past month you insisted I start a NEW CLAIM. After that serviceman checked fridge and saw no way to fix problem of having to continue resetting the temp every couple hours, then you allowed for replacement. For over a year I had to put up with this.

Purchased 5 year choice warranty for myself and a separate one for my mother. Choice warranty should always check out companies that they refer. this last company they selected for air conditioning repair seemed to be reliable. To replace a duct in our system he charged us 242.00 plus 45.00 for service call. I had the charge he gave me sent to choice warranty for reinbursement and was informed that this wasn't covered under my contract.I felt that this should have been covered thru your company as this unit was last repaired in january thru choice warranty and they didn't do a good job in repairing the issue, This was the same problem I had in january and I now had to fix it again.I spent alot of money for a 5 year warranty and I feel that this second visit should have been the responsibility of choice warranty to fix it properly. without my paying that money after the second visit.

I saw your AD on the TV, and I went online & filled all the info. you requested, and within 3Min. got a call from Gabriel, a messenger from Heaven. He then gave me all the info. I needed to buy the Total Care package for 5 years, and since he was so professional I went with it. Now I will await to see how it works out!!!

This average rating is based on a combination of two claims for the same issue, a faulty refrigerator. The first claim was handled terribly because three months elapsed between the time CHW approved the claim and the repair technician finally arrived to fix the problem. The second claim was prompted because it was more than 30 days from the initial claim, of course, all due to CHW. However, the technician resolved the second claim on the same item perfectly. Hence, a terrible review averaged with a good review equals an average overall review.

I called Choice at 11:15pm and they were there for me almost immediately. The person I spoke to was very patient with helping me figure out what ruptured, the pipe or the dishwasher itself. He filed a claim for plumbing. I am very appreciative for Choice's ability to handle this so well.
