This is the first time we had to use CarShield the phone conversation went good but was told you have $100 deductible which was right but it didn't cover the cost of our brake problem. we had to pay an additional $100 plus. your rates and allowances didn't cover the cost fully. Other than that was fairly satisfied

All the Personnel was very friendly and helpful I actually didn't have to use it the policy but it was nice knowing that it was there if I did once I get a new car I'll sign up again thanks
