All nice and sweet when they want something but they vanish as soon as it's their turn to deliver. Really should've seen the red flags. Even though I managed to get it all back, thanks to tactmission.com the stress was ridiculous! You'd be better off opening a lemonade stand honestly.

Just signed up with this company and spoke to a very friendly knowledgeable person (Steve). I hope to never use the service but I feel this top rated company will be a blessing if we ever need to. Too many pluses about this company to elaborate but I did do research on the 5 best home warranty services and chose this one. Thank you Steve you are a good sales person.

Tim was great in explaining everything and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I haven't used the warranty services yet, however I am rating a five star for the customer service I've experienced this far. I'm optimistic this will be a great experience, as I've had some past horrific experiences with other home warranty providers.

Slow to respond to service request. Called on the third day to inform me that the garage door opener is not covered because it was a gear issue and not an opener issue. The gear is a part of the opener. Also had an issue with the previous service related to our air conditioner which continued to have issues after the repair. AHW referred us back to agency that repaired the unit. They never called us back.

Your sales clerk was pretty cool to talk to. My agreement with this company covers my humidifier and most other companies didn't. The price is affordable and worth paying in order to fix my issues with my heater, air conditioner, and appliances.

He made a comparison of Amazon Home Warranty's program to their top two contenders which we verified was true; he was not pushy and vouched for his seeing a lot of these top two competitors customers, like ourselves, having reasons to switch to Amazon's better program.

Mr. Brad E was very professional and pleasant to talk to. I like the coverage, the cost of the program and the idea that if you can't fix things, you will replace it. Those issues are very important to me. I also would like to give a shout out to the person I talked to the other night ( not from customer relations, I think from 24 hrs service call Dept), he was also very patient explaining about the program and services.

We also bought the 3 year Senior package. First, this is not owned by AMAZON. Separate company out of OHIO. Courteous customer service. Terrible technicians, some say they can't get paid. Unfortunately, we had several claims and each one ended in a dispute. We had to hire outside companies to diagnosis issues, pay them and then wait for a partial reimbursement. Also when they decide not to repair something, they either ignore you for months or send you a check for what they decide the repair is worth. We have been wither our furnace for over 2 months, still haggling with them and more promises of a return call in 24-48 hours. Don't buy, regardless of what you're hear!

My garbage disposal was leaking due to large crack in it. Called AHW and assigned to Mr. R for replacement of said garbage disposal. I called Mr. R to set up appointment and was told by them that they were no longer working with AHW as they had not been paid for previous repairs/replacements and that AHW was not answering their E-mail either requesting payment. I went ahead and engaged Mr. R and then called AHW and demanded reimbursement. At first they wanted to reassign me to someone else, but I didn't want to wait. AHW did sent me a re-imbursement form to complete. I must have the repairman talk to rep. at AHW to get authorization to replace the garbage disposal and he must prove the need for replacement. I am NOT a happy camper. I replace my previous Home Warranty with AHW due to difficulties with them in hope that AHW would be a far better alternative.
