We are repeat customers, which should tell it all. In our first "term" with CarChex the salesperson and a customer service rep (Larry P.) were very helpful and treated us as valued customers. Ultimately, when one of our vehicles needed a covered repair we were amazed by how painless the entire experience was! I confess that I wondered when the bubble would burst, but it never did. So, when our warranties expired we just called CarChex without hesitation. Our salesperson this time around (Patrick F.) treated us with the cheerful professionalism we have come to realize is characteristic of the staff at CarChex. We are very satisfied customers.
